Our Sensory Regulation Classes are designed for children ages 6+ who are on the autism spectrum, have ADHD, experience sensory processing differences, or face anxiety and emotional regulation challenges. Unlike traditional movement programs, these classes follow a repetition-based structure with scripted, predictable transitions, no loud music, and no chaotic movement, creating a calm, sensory-friendly environment where parent participation is encouraged. Each session follows a consistent flow — Arrival → Breathwork → Structured Movement → Partner Work → Sensory Integration → Closing Ritual — helping children build confidence, body awareness, and emotional regulation skills in a supportive group setting.
